The confidentiality of your business records is of paramount importance to us here at The File Room. The first step in protecting your privacy begins with the hiring process.
Before anyone is hired, an extensive background check is performed for each prospective employee. This includes a complete criminal, credit and DMV report for each candidate. Upon hiring, each employee is required to sign a confidentiality agreement. The File Room is also a Drug Free Workplace so every employee is drug screened.
Al The File Room elmployees are trained to handle your business records and files with care and perform the task you have requested quickly and efficiently. This cuts down on the amount of time your business document and files are being handled and, therefore, decreases the chances of someone seeing your private information. Every employee must sign a confidentiality agreement that ensures their compliance with the File Room privacy policies.
The File Room uses a secure website to ensure that nobody can breach your vital information. Access to your records is password protected to ensure only your authorized personnel can acess your records. Other security features include secure transport vehicles which have routine maintenance schedules, and security cameras that monitor our facility 24 hours a day 7 days a week to ensure that there is no unauthorized access.
